Back in 2006, Chef Fox took a life-changing trip to Italy where he became even more attached and in love with food then he already was. One of his most prominent inspirations was of course the country’s well known wood fired pizzerias. Traveling the Amalfi Coast he got the chance to check out wood fired ovens that were hundreds of years old acting mini culinary hubs within their communities for everyone to use. The versatility and range that the ovens provide inspired our chef into entering a long-term relationship with the brick & concrete masterpieces. So much so that we put one of these on a double decker bus to bring this experience to everyone…anywhere!
