Yesterday we were out at Thompson Building Materials with Belgard Hardscapes demonstrating a Chicago Brick Oven and sampling out wood-fired pizzas for their customer appreciation day.  Guests were shocked and amazed to see the pizzas cook up in 2 minutes right before their eyes in the blazing 800 degree oven!  Chef Fox tossed up housemade Italian Sausage, Veggie & Marinara pizzas while showing patrons the versatility and range wood fired ovens offer for home use.
